Which Harry Potter character are you based on your Disney Princess preference? This quiz will reveal the name of your first baby! How good are you at multitasking?

You may have sworn off Buzzfeed Quizzes during work hours, but this is one quiz that could actually help you find the secret weapon that your organization has been missing. The CEO of Leadership Strategies and Certified Master Facilitator™, Michael Wilkinson put together the quiz below to find out whether or not your business group sessions are masterful, and how you might benefit from a professional facilitator.

Are Your Meetings Masterful?

In The Secrets of Masterful Meetings, Michael defines a “masterful meeting” as “a well-prepared, skillfully-executed, results-oriented meeting with a timely start, a decisive close, and a clear follow-up plan.”

You may be a Hermione Granger because Belle is your favorite Disney Princess, but are your meetings masterful? Answer the following questions based on the last two or three meetings you led. In responding, score each question based on the scale below. Try to be as accurate as possible in your assessment. (If you really want to have fun, have someone who regularly attends your meetings score this for you, and then compare the two scores!)
