Cheryle M.

Cheryle M. is an organizational development consultant with 12 years Sales, Marketing, Sales Training and facilitation experience in consumer financial services, wireless telecommunications, insurance, oil and gas transportation, health and beauty, medical devises, consumer-packaged goods, and not-for-profit organizations. She has specialized knowledge in training design, development, deployment, facilitation, performance management and project management. Prior to starting her own consulting business, Cheryle was an internal organizational development consultant and training specialist. Cheryle created effective, interactive training programs using collaborative consulting techniques. She conducted strategic needs assessment and strategic planning sessions with senior management teams, field sales forces and home office employees to create her highly tailored, interactive workshops. While working at Fortis ($22.3 billion dollar international Insurance/Banking company), Cheryle maintained sole responsibility for conceptualization, design, development, and deployment of a corporate university for a national sales organization. The successful pilot and implementation of the corporate university structure led to international recognition within the global group of Fortis companies. Cheryle\'s additional experience includes designing developmental evaluation tools and procedures to assess and improve performance of field sales personnel. She creates performance management training modules, real-time coaching tools and participant-driven performance appraisal systems to support corporate infrastructures. She develops training reinforcement vehicles (audio, video and CD-ROM skill reinforcement tools and training exercises, training manuals, job aids and sales tools) that link marketing products and services to sales activities.
